SNAP Universal API Beta 26 with API 2.24.0

Google switched everybody to the new Google+ interface on Sept 1, 2016 and turned the old one off. API 2.24.0 brings compatibility with the new Google+ interface.

Beta 26 adds new networks (Yo, Medium, 500px) as well as various bug fixes and improvements.
