SNAP Universal API 3.5 Beta 23

This release adds compatibility with all recent Google+ and Pinterest changes. It also adds Instagram, Telegram and MailChimp APis.

Some networks have been moved to upcoming V4 core engine. Code was optimized.

PS: Please note that all API supplemental function were moved from API file nxs-api.php to nxs-functions.php and nxs-functions.php file itself is now in the /inc/ folder.
