You can set a delay for autoposting to each network. Delay is counted from the time post goes live. Delay can be set in the settings for each network.

Scheduled posting
You can set the exact time when post will be autoposted. If you have the delay set, it will show the delay, otherwise it will be set to immediately.
Click [Change] to set the exact time when post should be autoposted.
Click [Add] to set additional time to autopost.
Click [Add] again to set the more times when post should be autoposted.
