You Can Now Download the Dubai Metro Map for 2021 in PDF Format

 

Earlier this month, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) released their new Dubai Metro Map 2021. The map shows the rapid development that Dubai’s transportation system will experience in the coming years, as well as some of the changes to make it easier to get around on public transport in the city-state. In an official release, RTA has informed that now metro commuters can get their hands on a detailed map of planned routes and stations till 2021. One can also download pdf maps of each individual line to know more about station locations, which will be helpful during commuting.

 

How to use the new metro map

 

Most commuters using Dubai’s Metro service will now find it easier to navigate their way around stations thanks to a newly released interactive map. The new map, published by RTA as an update to its official app, has received a great response from users. However, if you’re not already familiar with how Dubai’s metro works, figuring out your way around can still be a tricky task.

 

Timings and Frequency

 

The timings and frequency of trains on the Red Line of Dubai Metro have been updated to provide better service to metro commuters from October 4.The train timings of more than 22 stations between Rashidiya-Muhaisnah and Nakheel Harbour & Tower Stations will be adjusted to facilitate interchange with other lines. This means that commutes will take shorter time. The frequency at some stations will also be increased, which means that there’ll be more trains during peak hours.
