We are using the Pro version of SNAP and truthfully, after some testing, we fully believe the SNAP API has been junked by FB. The only way we see around all this is by creating an app, providing the requested video on how the app will work, submit then wait.
In our testing we used the session ID and User ID pulled from storage – EVERY time we posted something, even a test, the session ID changed – meaning FB does not want anyone posting via this method. The only way around that is a script that will pull the session ID every time we publish from SNAP to FB. That will only last until FB finds a was to block or kill the script from their end.
We are in the process of creating the video and given FB’s history not sure when they app will be, they say up to 5 days – we will see…
