What URL will be correct?
http://mysite.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=NextScripts_SNAP.php

Following the guide I would have assumed the new url should be:
https://mysite/wp-admin/admin.php?page=nxssnap
But that doesn’t work…
yes, I don’t think this is working.
