You are getting that because your PHP is EXTREMELY OLD. This error appears only on PHP 5.4 or earlier.
PHP 5.4 reached its end of life: 3 Sep 2015 (2 years, 8 months ago)
It’s already PHP 7.2. PHP 7 is about 4 times faster then PHP 5. Only this should be the reason to upgrade. More and more code will stop supporting outdated PHP versions. Please consider upgrade and you won’t be hitting issues like this.
Also PHP 5.4 has several security issues that are not fixed and not going to be fixed, because it’s no longer supported or updated.
Anyway, that issue has been fixed long time ago. Please update plugin to the latest version (4.2.2).
PS: Upgrading old, slow, outdated, insecure PHP is a much better solution. As soon as you install PHP 5.5. or newer, problem will disappear by itself.
Facebook no longer allows non-HTTPS websites.

aj270303, Facebook disabled Groups API. Autoposting to Groups is no longer possible. You can only post to groups with NextScripts API now.
Thor, If you have an active subscription, you don’t need anything else. Facebook API has been added to all active subscribers at no additional cost.
Yes, you can do that, but Upgrading your old, slow, outdated, insecure PHP is a much better solution

Anyway, please use PHP version that is currently officially supported (http://php.net/supported-versions.php) – PHP 5.6, PHP 7.0, PHP 7.1 or PHP 7.2. SNAP is fully tested and has no issues with any of those versions.
April 14, 2018 at 7:34 pm in reply to: 500 error code with all my website use SNAP pro version (1.5.4) #558574You REALLY should not be using PHP versions below 5.5
PHP 5.3 and 5.4 have several very bad security issues that are not fixed and not going to be fixed, because they are no longer supported or updated.
if you are familiar with WordPress please go to the database and delete row “__plugins_cache_242” from your wp_options table. Then please go to the Help/Support tab and click [Check for API Update].
That will fix the issue.
If you have issues with old plugins and PHP 7, at least try to upgrade to 5.6 or 5.5. They are not that different from 5.3 to cause any major compatibility issues.
Upgrading old, slow, outdated, insecure PHP is a much better solution. 🙂
