Reposter does not change the time conditions in advance. It will try to post on the next scheduled date/time and if it realize its excluded it will just skip it.
It looks like you set it to post every day, not every Sunday.

It would be very helpful if you tell me exactly what error message you are getting. There could be many different errors, and I can’t help you without knowing which one you got.

if checkbox is checked plugin will post there.
if checkbox is UNchecked plugin will post NOT there.
If it’s a radiobutton – Filters are on. Posts will be autposted or not autoposted depending on filtersRadiobutton is NOT selectable by definition.
