1. Get the latest version.
2. Check your Log/History tab. It usually shows the reasons for all posts.This functionality is already there.

Current version back imports comments only from Facebook and Twitter.
Support for Google+, Blogger, LJ/DW and Tumblr will be added to one of the future versions.
David OParticipantActually, it seems to be working now when posting to Facebook. I think it didn’t at first because I was using the anchor HTML tag.
What do you have in the “Message format” field?
WP Cron is broken on your site.

Plugin takes featured image from the post. if there is no featured image it will take the first image from the post body. if your post body has no images it will take the specified default image. if default image is not specified it will take first image from the page.
Please set featured image to clearly define what image you would like to show or specify Plugin Settings->Other Settings->”Open Graph” Tags->Default Image URL for og:image tag for the default image.
SNAP for WPMS allow superadmin to setup any kind of mode he want generally or per each site.
Super admin can hide SNAP, can let uses post to superadmin accounts only or can let users setup their own accounts.
We have some thoughts about it, just not sure how should it be. Do you have any suggestions?

There is also a possibility to specify featured image from the custom meta field.
