You/we can’t fix “Something went wrong – 500” error. This error means that wordpress.com doesn’t like what are you doing for it’s internal reasons. Most probably it doesn’t like your hosting provider. You can try to contact WordPress.com support for more info.
StephenParticipantYes, we are also receiving a “-=ERROR=- transport error – HTTP status code was not 200” as of June 10th for wordpress.com via xmlrpc. I checked our login settings, the domain, I even checked the wordpress.com xmlprc.php page, everything checks out.
Helios87ParticipantHey guys , how to fix “Something went wrong – 500 : You are not allowed to do that†message ?
miguelgatonParticipantHello,
Now Google + do not allow to move photos to another album, so the only way is removing photos (but it also removes publications and G+1) 🙁
Is it possible to change the album in SNAP?. We can create another album in Google + (20.000 is the limit!!!) but SNAP always try tu use the same album wich is full of photos.
Regards,
RomainParticipanti have the same issue. still no solution ?
June 22, 2013 at 10:26 pm in reply to: importing comments not happening wiht latest version of snap #15488mcdeweyParticipantI am having the same problem. Using SNAP version 2.7.15
I am using Disqus to manage my comments. Disqus sees the comments from FB being imported but gets an error during the import.
Missing thread permalink or identifier {“post”: {“author_email”: “XXXX7377853@facebook.com”, “author_name”: “XXXX”, “original_id”: “192”, “author_url”: “https://www.facebook.com/XXXX”, “date”: “2013-06-23T01:38:55UTC”, “is_linkback”: false, “message”: “I really enjoy your photography.”, “ip_address”: “255.255.255.255”, “approved”: true, “metadata”: “wp_id=192”}, “thread”: {“date”: null, “link_url”: null, “link_metadata”: “”, “closed”: true, “title”: null}}This looks the same as a bug that was marked fixed in SNAP 2.7.8
Bug Fix – Disqus comments import – missing thread ID.Has anyone found a fix for this?
differentieelParticipantI wasn’t aware they where showed up there 😉
Thanks,
EldenParticipantI’m getting the exact same type of error, and all of my information is correct as well.
markParticipantI understand regarding using the server time, which I had checked before I wrote my support request – why would the error message form the script show an hour less than my actual server time? 2013-06-16 08:59:09
EvanParticipantFigured it out. I didn’t have a recovery email setup in my G+ profile. Thanks!
Then please contact support directly.
