ParticipantAny chance it will be in the future?
I don’t think I got the question. So what exactly you were expecting? 3 hrs delay means it will be posted in 3 hours after the time the actual post become published.
Is this about LinkedIn API or NextScripts API?

ParticipantThose filters are by category, Post Format is different (https://codex.wordpress.org/Post_Formats) because it’s still a regular post, it’s just displayed differently. I would like to filter that way. Is that possible?

We apologize if this sounds rude. None of us here are native English speakers and we are developers, so we are not much of talkers. The reply does answer your question, so the main goal was reached. We will try to be more polite in a future.

ParticipantCan’t edit, but that did come out right – here’s what they said:
“Please read the instructions more carefully. It doesn’t work with personal accounts because you missed the big red letters saying: Google+ Page ID (Optional – for Google+ Pages Only. Leave Empty to publish to your profile or community):”
Again, I screw up at times, and support may be thankless, but would there be a support without customers?

The answer is in the FAQ – #1.7:
What is the type of your post and what do you have in the “Message format” field?
Please read the instructions. https://www.nextscripts.com/snap-features/old-posts-auto-reposting/
Especially look at the number 8 from the screenshot.
@Mustafa Plugin is NOT trying to post empty posts. Plugin is smart enough to take only “Published” posts and ignore revisions.
Why?
