VK not posting big image

The issue is that with checked option to do repost to VK as an image + text, only text is published to VK. Image is not uploaded either in “Photos on the wall” album or other public albums.
It’s a big problem, because VK is the most prioritet social network for the most russian-speaking bloggers and communities.

May be I do something wrong?
