Visual and Text editor buttons missing after update (4.03)

The formatting buttons for the Visual editor (TinyMCE) and Text editor are missing after the update (4.03)

In the SNAP Settings under “Autoposting Filters” I have it set up so that only Posts (post-type) will be autoposted.
This setup has resulted in me losing the editor buttons for Pages and every other custom post-type (CPT).

I can get the buttons back by adding in each post-type (Post, Page, Custom), but I do only want to autoshare my posts.

Also, I can;t seem to switch off the Autoposting Filters completely?
