      Does anyone here have problems getting through to support. I have had a ticket open since november and still no answer. I am sick of it and about to leave but like the product.

        He never seems to now answer. It’s crap support and always has been.

        The only time he used to answer with any urgency was when were were helping to bug test his new ver plugin. It was of course in his interests to do so.
