StumbleUpon Tweek: Instead of posting the Link, post the Link in the Description

Hi there,
I’m curious if (and how) a little tweek would be possible. I want something like this:
Posting an article via WordPress -> sending it to StumbleUpon. But instead of sending the article-url I want to send the first (and only) link that is inside the description of that post. Like this:
*Headline*
*Image – Description – Link: xy”

Maybe with a custom-field called “url” or something?!

Any idea on how to achive something like that?
