      My SNAP plugin reverted back to the free version and lost all of the connections I had made. Is there anything that might be causing this? A known conflict? Anything?

      If I don’t know why this happened I will need to figure that out before I can fix it.

        I’m also facing the same issue here, I tried to submit a ticket but was faced with a 403 Forbidden page error.

        Please help!

          All settings (including your activation info) are saved in the WordPress database, wp_config table, NS_SNAutoPoster row. Most probably something corrupted your table.

          You can just restore the value of this row from the backup.
