SNAP not working in Altervista blog's

Hi,

Is there a way how I can get this plugin to work on altervista.org blog’s?

All social networks announce these kind of errors when I try to post or repost:

I know…I just installed this plugin to my own domain with wordpress and all is working great now, but none is working on my old altervista site.
