Scheduler not working anymore

Hi Guys,

Everything was working fine… did many posts and all pushed correctly now i got this in my log:
Can someone tell me what this problem can be?

Do you have WP Cron setup correctly?

It worked well… but have change it what was standing in the article.
Lets see if this solve the problem.

Is this way with the wget action better then it lets handle by WP itself?

eimm… the scheduled post still waiting. I have to go the post and repost for every social media. Then the posts will go… The scheduled lines stay there

Can this problem appear when i change the time location? I was in Bejing and now in Patong, so i changed in WordPress my location.
