Save posts to pinterest with SNAP Premium API

Hi,
I have already purchased the “SNAP Premium API”.
Can I use it to “Save” (earlier called Re-Pin) posts in Pinterest. If so is there sample code?
(I am not asking for a way to PIN posts on Pinterest. I know I can do that with the API).

If its not possible that fine. Just let me know so that I can move on and investigate other options.
