PRO Multiuser does not work

We recently bought the SNAP Pro Multiuser Plugin for WordPress for a multisite, the problem that we find is that it only allows us to select it for a single site in the multisite.

We would appreciate your help in this matter.

As I already told you, the version is the following: Plugin Version: 4.2.8 (API Version: 4.4.8 [ID:21751]) [Pro Edition]

Thanks, I can confirm that it is working now. As this has taken 3 months to be resolved, I would like that my licence period is extended for 3 months as I am starting now to be able to use the service.
