Pinterest Posting Issue – "This site doesn't allow you to save Pins"

Receiving the following error when trying to post to Pinterest:

RSP Error: Array ( [api_error_code] => 1 [message] => Sorry! This site doesn’t allow you to save Pins. [code] => API_ERROR [target] => [http_status] => 400 )

Anyone else had this?
