      Hi,
      I am a paying customer of you API.
      I have to be honest more than 1 problem but let’s start with one.
      I add a Pinterest account, and when I click “retrieve your boards” nothing happens.

      I opened a ticket on your support page about 2 weeks ago and got no reply.
      Is this product still active at all?
