Is there a way to tell when a delayed post will be published?

Is there a way to tell when a delayed post will be published?
for example is the future posted time stored in the database or it is recalculated every time the cron job runs?

I’m looking for some way to tell what is actually queueud up for when to be able to debug what is happening with delayed posts.
