Hi,
I bought the “pro” version but no comments are imported from Facebook, linkedin or twitter. Each time when import button is pressed, same answer: no comments, even they exist.
Can you fix this?Plugin imports comments only from posts made by the plugin. Are you sure that autoposted posts have comments? If yes, then please contact support directly, we will need to take a look at your site.
Yes, is about comments from autoposts.
If not here, where else to contact suport? 🙂more, import buton is just for twitter and Facebook…
