How would you set up Custom Fields and post for WP Jobbaord

Hello,

Im trying to figure out what i have to do to get the Snap Plugin working with WpJobboards

Here is what the developer told me about how it is set up:

WPJobBoard, uses only two WP Pages (Jobs and Resumes) to embed
itself into website, all the data is stored in wpjb_* tables.

My questions is to how i would auto post new jobs that are posted and have the Logo that is uploaded by the employer to facebook. Im currently doing it via RSS but it only post text and a link and its not clean.
