How to schedule an autoposting cascade

Hi

Each day I publish several posts and want to spread them at different times over several social networks.
I want a general delay of 2 hours for the first autopost and 1 hour between posts in each network. But the start of each network should be different

What exactly do I have to put in general overall settings and general settings for each account to delay autoposting to achieve this?

I know that I can set exact times for each posts, but this requires a lot of manual work, I would like to avoid if possible
