how to post like this on facebook

Hi guys, I been using nextscripts for two weeks or so and run different blog sites.I am trying to figure how to post like this. https://uploadnow.us/fbpost.jpg

What do I need to select for post type (text, image, text post with link)
and then link attachment type (share link to blogpost, attach to your blogpost)
also what triggers like (%IMG%, %FULLTEXT%).
I tried messing around with myself, but somehow it doesn’t come out correctly.. so if you guys can maybe give me a helping hand 😀

Post Type – Image

Message format – either %EXCERPT% or %FULLTEXT% depending on where this text is stored in your WP.
