How to completely reinstall SNAP and SNAP pro ?

Hi !

I’ve got plenty of bugs in SNAP since a few days, maybe caused by some changes in my hosting provider ?

I want to do a complete fresh reinstall of SNAP and SNAP Pro. I’m a paid API subscriber.

I tried to remove both plugins and delete the 2 ns* entries in the database, then reinstall but it seems that SNAP keeps some configuration elsewhere.

I really want to do a fresh install to get fixed what comes from my hosting provider changes (migration) and what issues come from SNAP itself.

I’m a bit disappointed about the lack of support for a paid subscriber like I am.

I hope I’ll get answers to my questions and good support. I really really need SNAP for my business at https://jlk.news

Please go to the Help/Support page and click:
[Delete all SNAP Data] – This is a complete “Start Over”. This will delete all SNAP data from the posts and all SNAP settings including all configured networks.
