Filter auctions to be posted

We have a auction site and people can place all sorts of auctions.
Right now all auctions are auto posted on fb and twitter.
When people make a auction they also can choose for a featured auction (they pay a extra fee for this). The auction then will be placed on top of the site ( in a slider). And it would be really nice that only the featured auctions are auto posted to fb and twitter.
Is this possible with this plugin?

This could be done only as custom modification to the plugin.

And why are come some post not with the picture it belongs to? It post a default picture sometimes…
