      Its been nearly a week with no support ticket answered

      We are customers, at least have the decency to respond!

        Finally got a reply…
        What a horrible canned response it was…. “Do you have enough Karma”
        Seriously…
        Now I am waiting for proper support… this is gonna take a while…

        I will be submitting a complaint to the BBB very soon

          You were asked 3 questions that wee need answers so we could understand what happened.

          You answered exactly 0 of them.

          How exactly we can help you if you are not answering, just complaining?

          and yes, lack of karma points is #1 reason why people can’t post to reddit.

          How could we know if you are experienced reddit user or just registered ther yesterday if you are not answering our questions?
