Failed to post to Facebook – Session ID had changed

Today I noticed posts were not posting to Facebook. I logged in and tried to send a test post and it failed too. Then I checked my Session ID (xs) and found it had changed so I changed it in the setup and now it works again.

But here is the problem…I never logged out of Facebook between the time it was working and the time it failed. So what caused Facebook to change my session ID and how can I prevent this in the future?

I use Facebook on my desktop, my phone and my laptop and stay logged in on all three devices. Are you suggesting that accessing Facebook from a different device will reset the session ID used by NextScripts? If so how does this not totally screw up the functionality/viability of this plugin?
