      Facebook has messaged me asking to confirm that the plugin is compliant with their July 2013 Breaking Changes, can’t find any info, has anyone else seen or heard of this issue?

        Facebook shows that message to all apps created before May 1st. 2013. Our plugin has no problems with those changes, you feel free to accept them.
