Facebook Default Thumbnail Image

Hi,

I have gone through your documentation and I just don’t seem to get it right to get my Facebook posts to show the default image url i set under Settings and the og:tag.

What does my settings needs to be and is it correct to have the full URL in the box next to the og tag or should it be inside ” ” or something?

Please assist.
