Facebook Comment Import Doesn\\\'t Work

Hi there, I can’t get my Facebook comments or Twitter mentions to import. I submitted a detailed support ticket (Ticket#NXS347113) two weeks ago that I still have gotten no acknowledgement or response on whatsoever, so I’m reprinting the entire thing here in the hopes that someone will see it and know the answer. I have SNAP for WordPress, v. 3.8.7 installed and configured on a WordPress 4.8.1 build, and I while it posts beautifully to both Facebook and Twitter, I can’t seem to get it to import the comments or mentions back in for either. I have it set to do so in the global plugin settings (set to track 20 posts, but I only have a couple published through SNAP for it to track at the moment) and in each of the Advanced settings for the two social networks themselves. Neither the Facebook one nor the Twitter one is pulling anything in.

When I click the Import Comments/Replies button for Facebook in the Edit Post page itself, it says it’s getting replies from fb and then a Done button shows up, but no replies are imported even though there are replies on Facebook. When I click the Twitter import button, it says it’s getting replies and then actually tells me 0 comments have been imported when there is one on Twitter here: https://twitter.com/RachelShubin/status/902618120531140608.

I’ve been looking for a plugin with this functionality ever since the Social by Mailchimp plugin died (that was my favorite plugin!! I’ve been looking for a replacement for over a year), so I hope this can get sorted out. Let me know what I need to do or what else you need from me. Thanks for all your hard work!
