Double Posting On ALL Accounts

Hi,

I am a paying customer. Every time I use the autopost feature, it double posts to my social media accounts, back-to-back – no matter what settings I put it on. Also, my wp chron is working fine.

Can you PLEASE help me to get this working? What setting do I need to use to make it only post 1 blog every (X) amount of hours.
