      Curious to know if the WP Blog Post automatically posts to another website or does it just become a “pending” post where it can be reviewed and then postd. Also, is there a way to make sure to include No-follow (SEO) codes so it doesn’t count as duplicate content?

        It depends on the setting of the target WordPress. It could be set either way.
