Different message format for autopost and repost?

Is it possiible to have a different message format for reposting old posts? Just saw one of my blogs being reposted with the message “new post … “. It’s a blog I wrote 2 years ago, so I would prefer an accompanying message that would make it clear that it’s NOT a new post.

If it is indeed possible, how do I configure that properly?
