The other issue is ”How do I schedule posts to facebook groups?”, I have 10 groups and I would like to make a post which will be posted to these groups one by one after every minutes, How Do I go?.

I think there is a problem with a time. Should I use UTC or local time? should it be 24hrs or 12hrs?

What are you trying to do? How is the “Set delay for 1 hour” could be related to UTC or local time?
