There is no ticket number, I sent the emails to support@nextscripts.com, one was a new email the other was a reply to an email I had got earlier from Ludwig Van Normainen.

You just open a ticket and it will be answered ASAP. Emails are much lower priority. Also tickets are never got lost.

VK not KV, understood. I have sent you via ticket, logon credentials for test site, Stumble Upon as well. You can test for Youtube, Blogger, VK, Stumble Upon, and Pinterest. All of which are dysfunctional under the current following configuration:

Snap 2.7.18
WP 3.6
Apache version 2.2.25
PHP version 5.3.27
MySQL version 5.1.70-cll

Only a default WP install and your plugin are present. Please review wp debug log for your PHP notices regarding your plugin. In the WP Content directory. You can delete it and then try your tests. This will give you an immediate report directed at the current test you are doing. This may help you Ludwig, to identify the source of all the issues present.
