      I have a website for classified ads and my classified ads site is linked to several facebook groups and pages. Whatever ads posted go directly to the groups. Is there any possibility that it’s the ‘poster’s’ avatar and account that will appear in the autoposts rather than my own fb account?

        No, it’s not. Facebook and other networks do not allow you to post impersonating other users.
