Facebook post Title as a WP link. Is that possible ?

      Hello. When an article is posted on FB via SNAP, with the following configuration of the Message Format field


      %TITLE%
      %URL%
      %EXCERPT%
      pubblicato da %AUTHORNAME% su %SITENAME%

      I can see regularly the title of the message. The title is clickable but the link leads to the same post on FB, not to the post on WP (the latter is vizualised below the title thanks to the %URL% tag).

      Is it possible to make the the title link pointing to the WP url message ?
