      We recently bought the SNAP Api Premium for WordPress, the problem that we find is that it isn’t activated on our wordpress installation:

      SNAP Pro WordPress Plugin (Lifetime License): Active;
      SNAP Premium API Service (All Networks): Inactive;
      Google+ and Pinterest API Library: Active (One time Payment – Lifetime License Promo)

      In your backend Logged in as paypal.com@david.scatigna.it:
      Products:
      SNAP Pro Plugin for WordPress – Lifetime license
      SNAP API RunTime for All Networks – Active Subscription
      Subscriptions:
      Subcription: (Credit Card) – sub_ETXZa3iKQvsSmF (Active) – SNAP APi (Runtime) with SNAP Pro WordPress Plugin

        Do you have pasted you activation key inside the plugin ?

          Yes, Moreover I reinstalled from scratch the plugin (deleting all the options).

          4 tickets, no answers.

            I’ve run into the exact same issue.

            I haven’t been given any indication that this is being looked at by anyone at all.
