January 10, 2018 at 1:36 pm #558036This answer is not correct. Mailchimp IS connecting, but it is not returning any information. That 1.10 FAQ is for non-connection issues (and the follow-up is talking about FB, not MailChimp).
The error is happening right after set up, which authorized ok, but when I tried to do a test. I believe the test is not able to pull anything because it is not connecting nor creating any campaigns in MailChimp.
Please help me, I cannot find any further information, and have checked and rechecked all my data. Full error text follows:
