I reported an issue a month ago and despite supplying whatever was requested, there has been no interaction or response to get the issue resolved.
I have been very patient and asked multiple times for feedback or to tell me if you guys are too busy and need more time but get no response at all or very very slow.
Frustrated by the lack of customer care, especially after paying $50 for the upgrade. But since then just had issues with the platform.
Is anyone else having issues with SURL or with reaching support for assistance?
Please NextScripts, can you help me out so that I can get my posting working properly again!
