      I read about automatic random sharing of old posts. But is it possible to choose old posts to share manually only? If so, how would I do that? Just by re-saving the post?

        If you go to “Edit Post” page you will see “Repost” buttons in the plugin box.

            I have 200 and something posts but the autopost function keeps posting the same one over and over again
