Can anyone recommend a tool that will allow me to respond to all the comments SNAP is generating. I am looking for something that will allow me to get all the SNAP accounts covered and that will allow me to also post additional material to those accounts. I tend to make 4 shares that are not from my site to each share that is from my site.
I need a way to share outside information to all my SNAP accounts and a tool to help me interact with followers and their comments and questions.

I was think Hootsuite but it only works on 7 networks.

What are you guys using?
